Hi Everyone, I have been taking an online card class and today was day 5. We focused mainly on masking with clear embossing powder. I masked the balloons this way. The little monkey I masked using liquid cement. I think it worked out pretty well. I love how the balloons have a gloss to them. I will be entering this card into the Simon Says Stamp Wednesday Challenge.
I wanted to do a card that went through the different seasons. I love all of the Lawn Fawn critters and they worked perfectly for this card. I will be entering this card into the Lawnscaping Calling All Critters Challenge. I will also be entering this card into the Simon Says Stamp Wednesday Challenge! I hope you like it!
This card is basically a copy cat card. I saw this idea on Nicole’s blog (unify handmade) a while ago and really wanted to try it. I am currently doing an online card class about masking techniques, so this seemed the perfect time to try it out. I’m actually really surprised with how it turned out! Its pretty cute! I will also be entering this card into the Simon Says Stamp Wednesday Challenge! Hope you like it.
I made this card for day one of Online Card Classes class Maskerade. Today Mainly focused on masking paper. To make this card I used positive and negative masking. I first die cut a circle out of masking paper and used the negative space to mask off and create the circle. After that I used the positive space of the die cut to mask off the circle to stamp the animals. I also partially die cut the circle so I could add some patterned paper to the bottom. I hope you like it!
Lawnscaping’s new challenge is “Try A New Technique“. I wanted to challenge myself to try no line watercolor. It definitely doesn’t come easy! It takes a while to get used to the watercolor look after using copics so much. I got my inspiration for this project from Kristina Werner. Hope you like the way it turned out!
I have been meaning to use this stamp set from Lawn Fawn for quite some time the otters are so cute and I love the sentiment that goes along with them. At moment I have been enjoying making a lot of gift tags. This time I decided to make a Birthday card and gift tag set. I think they look so cute together! Let me know what you think! Thanks for stopping by! :)
