Hi everyone! Today I have a card to share with you that I made for the Lawnscaping Celebration challenge. This party animals stamp set from Lawn Fawn is one of my all time favorites. I love how you can use it for pretty much any occasion and mix it with so many of their other stamp sets. To create this card I simply stamped and masked off the flowers, hat and bow tie and then stamped the deer and bear. I removed the masks and colored everything in with Copic markers. I added the sentiment on the top – heat embossed in gold. I then stuck it to a background of this pretty pattered paper. I hope you like it!
Hello everyone! :) I am sharing a card with you today using the super cute stamp set A Good Egg from Sunny Studio Stamps, this set is perfect for Easter but also works well for plenty of other occasions. It is just too cute! I created a super simple card… To make the card I stamped this cute sentiment on the bottom of a rectangle die-cut panel. I then stamped three of the little chicks hatching in a row and colored them with Copic markers. I added little dots with a gel pen to the one on the right and added some stripes to the one on the left. To finish the card off I added a little shadow underneath the chicks and mounted them onto a card base with some patterned paper.
I hope you enjoyed the card for today! Thanks for stopping by! :)
To create this card I first die cut a small square out of white paper. I stamped all the images where I wanted them, masking off the lady bugs and flower to add the grass. After they were all stamped I colored the whole scene with Copic markers. I adhered the scene to a piece of white paper with a patterned paper border and added the sentiment from Sunny Sentiments. That completes the card! I hope you enjoyed it, thanks for stopping by!
I just love this Party Animals stamp set from Lawn Fawn. Today I paired him up with the Baked with Love set also from Lawn Fawn to create this fun little scene. I think this card would be fun to give to a friend with some cupcakes for Valentines day! I will be entering this card into the Lawnscaping Sending Love Challenge. I hope you liked it!
To make this card I first die cut a stitched rectangle out of white card and used a light brown ink to lightly blend the outside edge. I laid the chick, eggs and paint bucket from A Good Egg out on the rectangle where I wanted them and stamped and masked them, starting with the chick in the foreground until the scene was complete. I then colored them in using Copic Markers. For the sentiment I used the “Happy” from A Good Egg and made the word “Easter” using the Sweet Script stamp set. I stamped those inside of the banner from Sunny Borders onto patterned paper and fussy cut them out. I then stuck that onto the top on the card above the little scene. To finish the card I mounted it onto a scalloped rectangle border. I hope you enjoyed the card for today! Don’t forget to check out the Sunny Studio’s blog for more! Thanks for stopping by!
Hello everyone! Today I have a card to share using another one of the newly released stamp sets from Sunny Studio Stamps, Backyard Bugs. This set has a bunch of cute little bugs to make the sweetest outdoor springtime scenes . I absolutely LOVE it!
To make this card I first die cut a stitched rectangle out of white card and used a light brown ink to lightly blend the outside edge. After that I stamped the sentiment which is from the Happy Home stamp set from Sunny Studios. I wanted to do this first so I knew exactly how much room I had to fit my scene. I then stamped and masked off the flowers, mushroom and lady bug before stamping the mushroom house. I also freehanded a little path leading up to the house with a Copic multi-liner. I then removed all of the masks and colored the images with Copic markers. To create the striped paper for the card base I used a stencil and some red distress ink. I hope you enjoyed the card for today and that you love this stamp set as much as I do! Don’t forget to check the Sunny Studios Blog this week for more inspiration!
Hello everyone! I am super excited to share a card with you today featuring the newly released stamp set Rain or Shine from Sunny Studio Stamps! This set is so much fun!
Like a lot of my cards, this is one layer so required quite a bit of masking. I first stamped the dog holding his umbrella, then masked them off and stamped the grassy border from Sunny Sentiments. Once that was done I masked off the grass area with masking paper and inked up the sky using a variety of blue inks. I then used a darker blue to stamp the raindrops. I then removed the mask from the grass and stamped the sentiment on the bottom of the card and heat embossed it using white embossing powder. To add the color to the grass I masked off the sky and inked it up using several green inks. Next I colored both the dog and his umbrella using distress inks. To finish the card I stuck the scene onto a scalloped card base. I hope you enjoyed it! Thanks for stopping by!
